Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@stepora.top with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
If you received a faulty product, please contact us at info@stepora.top within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item once the original has been received and inspected.
Non-returnable items
Sale items, custom-made products, and opened personal care products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
